I know this is a crazy question but is there any way to have the shock wave disperse from a text mask? I want it to "shock wave" out from the edges of the outline of the text layer instead of in a circle shape. If Anyone knows how to do this please share the solution. Additionally, if you can figure that one out then the next level would be figuring out how to do it in 3d. Any help on this matter would be so very awesome! Thanks, Lee.
Hi Lee, Check the Saber Plugin tutorial where Andrew make something close to what you want around some text and see is you can insert somehow a pre composed shock-wave, this is just an idea, it may work also check Element 3D I'm sure you can insert custom layers, I mean I wish I can point you on the right direction, sometimes watching different tutorials and trying to combine them together can lead to unexpected happy accidents and great results.
